Shipping, Returns and Damaged Items

Items are shipped out within 4 to 6 days of purchase. Once an order is shipped I no longer have control over the package. Please allow 7-10 business days before contacting me about your package.

The tracking information given is unfortunately the same information I am given. If you have questions or need help locating a package I would love to help! You can message one of the social media accounts or reach me by email!

Something didn't work out?

All items must be returned within 14 days un-used, all tags included. After 14 days, store credit will be issued for the items!

If you receive an item that may have been damaged during shipping please contact me immediately so that we can handle the situation! All items are thoroughly checked upon arrival so please contact us to return the damaged product so that we can replace your item!
